  Very responsive and truthful in their description. The shipping from outside of the US was faster than most shipping within the US. I would definitely buy from them again. There were other sellers with this product but their items were not truly "new" so it was nice to find a seller that actually had a brand new item, sealed in the box.

  At first the seller sent me the wrong item, but they noticed and got the right item out to me as fast as they could. They called and spoke to me, explained the situation, were very professional. I got the package, it was in great condition, sealed correctly and exactly what I had ordered.   I was scared at first that I would of been scammed or something worse and or would have to pay money towards customs etc. Well, I was wrong, communication with the seller was amazing AND! I got my cooler within a week whiched surprised me, i didnt have to pay a single thing to import into the USA either which made me happy, 10/10, hope to buy from again!
