    This was a very good experience. Seller shipped promptly, and the item was packaged well to avoid any damage. The item was described perfectly - no issues with that whatsoever. The only issue we had was that there were no assembly instructions, but honestly, it was pretty simple to figure out. The rack holds our hard top perfectly! Thanks for a great transaction!

    Not the seller's fault but shipping took forever. Took 12 days to come from Texas to MS! Usually only takes 2 days. Package went all over the US. Went to Mobile, AL 4 times! (I'm 30 minutes from Mobile). This has happened before on different orders. Post office is a joke! Stop using usps for deliveries. I won't make another order that utilizes the post office as the delivery service. I'd rather pay for shipping or order from another supplier.
