  I think the shelter shoulders product had a very fair price. I felt the shipping cost for the envelope size Owners manual that I received was a little bit higher than what it needed to be considering the manual took a 7 days to arrive at my house.

  ebay sort of requires tracking to be provided in order to reach top rated status for my fee discounts, but tracking is not provided in a stamped envelope, but yes i agree with you.
