Unit Well Packaged for shipment. It’s Open Box New per description. I built up a system using this barebones case & it appears to be working great. However, I asked the Seller some pre-sales questions & they Never replied to me-not even after I bought the unit! Also, the system board is in HP’s Manufacturing Mode. Nowhere in the seller’s description is That mentioned! Without sending the unit in to HP to have this fixed, it requires the help of an HP Tech Support Agent—remotely or in person!
