For many gemstones, it’s almost impossible to find an eBay seller who’ll ship an authentic product, but even for stones like sapphires that aren’t as hard to find, everything gemsbysun sells is significantly better.   Never received. Sketchy 'tracking indicated that item was in NYC 2.5 weeks after payment and then the same day said shipped from Bankok...eBay had to intervene. NO communication from seller AT ALL.

  The package has shipped out the very next day of the purchase. It was in NYC just as the customer indicated but then USPS lost the package. We reply to all messages within 24 hours. Gave the customer an option of either resending the order or refund. Never heard back from customer. Eventually the customer was refunded for the order.
