  Item never arrived but they communicated instantly and gave complete refund without me even asking. I had another item that I ordered from a different seller around the same time and had to open a case and wait a long time to get my refund.. that item showed up after more than a month..   This is a great company to do business with. Although the item I originally ordered was not the correct item I received, they worked with me and immediately sent the correct one within a couple days with a postage paid return label to return the incorrect item.
