  i am giving this a negative review despite the seller offering a refund, the communication with the seller was slow just like the shipping it did arrive sooner than expected but it still took like 3 weeks, speaking of the shipping the box arrived totally crushed and the packaging was terrible. the quality of the figure I received was not in good condition despite being labeled as new, value was not worth it at all. the appearance of the figure looks used definitely not new
