When I told them, she seemed to think it was excessive, but a second e-mail they sent said okay. Before I could send new message the buyer sent message asking what I was going to do to rectify broken item. I asked her what she thought was fair. She requested $10 refund on the $15 item. I promptly refunded the 10 and she kept bottom container.
