  Very BAD experience. I paid an EXORBITANT $40 for Priority Canada Post and the "Halifax Police" cap did NOT arrive. I also CONTACTED the seller, YORKREGION, several times, but was IGNORED. I reluctantly must now WARN others after waiting an EXTRA week to hear back. EBAY has been wonderful and have now refunded my total cost.
