While we still specialize in new, used and surplus MRO, industrial equipment and controls, we have expanded our inventory to include high-quality household goods and collectables, along with many other items. We believe our customers are entitled to the best deal based up the current market value and our resale customers are entitled to profitable business deals.     AVOID! Seller doesn't communicate when there's a problem. Item received with over 30 holes in it and a broken bamboo / string mechanism. Poorly packaged. I started communication on 04/24 and purchased the same day. I started a return request 05/09 which was ignored. I shipped it back on 05/13, it was delivered 05/17, still without any response. I received my very 1st reply on May 18th after sending them a message stating the return was received the prior day. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with ZERO help.

    My Peruvian nativity set arrived intact ten days after I ordered it. (There were multiple shipping delays, but those appear to be mostly the fault of the USPS, not the seller.) It was well wrapped for protection during shipping, yet not too hard to unwrap. I collect nativity sets, and this is the only one I've ever seen with the wise men mounted on mules!
