I had originally ordered this ring & eBay cancelled the order because they found the ring was not 14 carat gold! The seller contacted me & let me know the ring had previously been sized with 10 carat gold even though the ring was 14 carat gold. They changed the listing to 10 carat gold & reduced the price. I repurchased the ring! It’s BEAUTIFUL!! I LOVE IT!! I did some research & discovered it’s a Mourning Ring. The seller was wonderful to deal with!!

My ring got lost in the mail but it wasn't the seller's fault. as they said "we are both at the mercy of the postal service" and that she would be in touch within the next 24-48hrs if she heard anything. They were, but unfortunately, I was issued a refund because it was lost in transportation, and felt like the seller genuinely cared. They also said that if it were to be returned, they would let me know. Dont let this scare you though, I would still buy from this seller. Things happen 10/10
