Best ebayer I ever dealt with There was a problem with fan I ordered & emailed photos & details Saturday evening. Sunday morning they had responded with instructions. Sunday afternoon I was notified of refund from ebay. Ordered replacement which was shipped quickly as was original. The fan is up & running!!!
