    It was a pleasure to purchase from Goodwill Colorado Collectibles. The Kay Mallek ceramic ware was accurately described. Regrettably (and despite a hefty shipping fee) the items were packed in a thin cardboard box with insufficient cushioning and space. Two of the six plates arrived broken. I contacted Goodwill and sent images, asking for a price adjustment. They responded with an offer to reduce the price by 25%. That worked for me and eBay processed the refund. Goodwill has my good will!

    The shipping and packaging were great,the item was described exactly how it was shown and the value was more than reasonable, unfortunately the item was damaged during shipping and it's the only item I have had from the Goodwill that was damaged, and I have brought many items. I was able too return it to them with no problems, they even had FedEx pick it up since I don't drive and limited to how far I can go. The Goodwill made my return extremely easy for me, so understanding and thoughtful.

    This seller is amazing, products are always top quality for second hand… majority of the time either NWT or nearly new and no signs of wear. Products are always individually packaged and ship super fast and the combined shipping is a god send. 9 out of 10 times are better than described, incredible value for the cost!     Great seller it’s always a pleasure to purchase from the store. The item arrived in brand new condition, even though it was used. It arrived as a pictured. The smart watch was not compatible with my phone. On the box of the smart watch in teeny tiny letters, it stated it was only compatible with Samsung. I reached out and let them know, and they refunded me promptly. I look forward to many more purchases with the store.

    EXCELLENT! Item came QUICK. Was packaged extremely well! No shipping damage. Item exactly as described. Seller was OUTSTANDINGLY GREAT to work with. So I had bought this item but somehow got the wrong ship to address attached to the sale. I messaged seller(s), told them issue and requested to cancel the item and I would buy it again. They cancelled quickly, I bought item again a few hours later, using correct address. And received it. Also a GREAT cause!! Keep up your GREAT work!

    Fed-ex isn’t the best in my area, they tossed the packages over my gate left exposed for someone to steal when my porch door was right there and unlocked. That’s not the shippers fault. I wish the packaging was better as well seeing as these are authentic bags. But they came as described with the authenticity paperwork, and the value is fantastic for the brand.
