    Everything was as described, packed well,shipped fast , great price . Also great communication, had a issue with combined shipping. Every time I requested it the screen would tell me error and to try again later . Finally I was able to message them directly it was handled in less that 24hrs after message everything was combined . They even went back where I had purchased several lots at same time and where it didn't combine on it and refunded me the difference. 5 stars🌟 definitely be back.

    It was a pleasure to purchase from Goodwill Colorado Collectibles. The Kay Mallek ceramic ware was accurately described. Regrettably (and despite a hefty shipping fee) the items were packed in a thin cardboard box with insufficient cushioning and space. Two of the six plates arrived broken. I contacted Goodwill and sent images, asking for a price adjustment. They responded with an offer to reduce the price by 25%. That worked for me and eBay processed the refund. Goodwill has my good will!

    Great seller it’s always a pleasure to purchase from the store. The item arrived in brand new condition, even though it was used. It arrived as a pictured. The smart watch was not compatible with my phone. On the box of the smart watch in teeny tiny letters, it stated it was only compatible with Samsung. I reached out and let them know, and they refunded me promptly. I look forward to many more purchases with the store.

    This seller is amazing, products are always top quality for second hand… majority of the time either NWT or nearly new and no signs of wear. Products are always individually packaged and ship super fast and the combined shipping is a god send. 9 out of 10 times are better than described, incredible value for the cost!     Item unfortunately arrived broken and this seller was extremely responsive to this problem. They were quick to offer a reasonable resolution with the photos I submitted. I couldn’t be happier with their customer service and resolutions process. Many of the other items in our shipment were still in pristine condition and it was obvious the listing descriptions were accurate. Will definitely shop with this seller again!!! Even with problems it turned out to be a great transaction! AAAA++++ seller!

    The shipping and packaging were great,the item was described exactly how it was shown and the value was more than reasonable, unfortunately the item was damaged during shipping and it's the only item I have had from the Goodwill that was damaged, and I have brought many items. I was able too return it to them with no problems, they even had FedEx pick it up since I don't drive and limited to how far I can go. The Goodwill made my return extremely easy for me, so understanding and thoughtful.
