Unfortunately shipped via FedEx passed thru several of their facilities before it reached me. Ultimately, this item was damaged in transit and I contacted the seller immediately. Seller had great communication, very understanding, and thankfully has shipping insurance. Received a full refund, I'm very grateful. Great customer service! I recommend using fragile stickers next time!
