  Brackets came in a thin box and were hanging out of the package when received. Edges of the brackets were all chipped. Very poorly packed. One of the brackets were clearly bent and seller took no responsibility. When I voiced my concerns, their response was "put it in a vise to straighten it".

  a real trouble maker, hassled me to no end to lower price, I helped him out, then he stabbed me right in the back.in the end he has no idea how to use the tools or any tools and should leave it to a pro.
