    Unfortunately the description was not accurate, listing stated they were a size 12 (40 EU) but recieved a size 50 EU. Recieved a quick reply when I contacted them and the returns process was smooth, refund recieved quickly. Packaged well,.and the item recieved was in very good condition. I would buy again from them based on this experience despite the mistake.

    Postage not loopi's fault Royal Mail from my next town took the package to Warrington to Manchester to Bolton then here Loopi is about 9 miles from my place and packing perfect item was great better than expected as described and great value.
