    I ordered the nice motorcycle jacket in medium but received a larger. Contacted customer service who was so very nice and promised I would get my medium which I did but this time it was totally wrong jacket. Again customer service went out of their way to make it right. End result I got my refund and was told to keep a jacket I did not order. Customer service is great but shipping department need a lot of work. Jacket is well made but good luck getting what you order.

    Shocked!!! I made a previous purchase for the first time from this seller and everything went well, to the point that I left them an excellent positive feedback. So, I decided to make a second purchase, and after a week of waiting for my order to be shipped, I had to inquire about my order and was told that my shipping label had been lost! Another week goes by and still it hadn’t shipped! I contacted them again and they agreed to a refund and that didn’t happened! So, EBay had to refund me! 👎

    First of all horrible customer service. Message the seller no response has to message involved to have a very useless response. I got he jacket delivered 14 days after was marked shipped. The jacket is very uncomfortable, feels like plastic very cheap quality, the zipper is very cheap, the graphics looks like children toy in real life. Very disappointed with the whole purchased experience.. something that should take 5 maybe 6 days for shipping went into 2 weeks.. and I don't even like it
