The box arrived slightly damaged. I was going to keep it, since it did not affect the sound, however, my sub was too deep. With both of these factors, I decided to try to return the item. The seller was going to charge me $147.01 for return shipping, which is a rip off. So, I tried to contact them 3 times, to figure it all out, but absolutely no reply. I will never buy from them again!

The package did arrive damaged (packing box was damaged as well). Contacted seller and nothing was done, not even a response on what to do. I purchased several items before with this seller and never had any issues. I'm having a hard time understanding why nothing was done on this one?
