  Item arrived in described condition, however, at no time did the the seller had possession of what the seller claimed to had for sale and appeared a drop ship nonsense. If buyers need to have possession of cash or cash equivalent to engage in an eBay transaction, so too must sellers. The only reason for a positive feedback is the timely arrival.
