  The part came shipped new, wrapped in bubble wrap but with the original packaging included. It was exactly as described and allowed me to repair a broken external rear view mirror for a fraction of the price of going to the dealer.

  The condition seems to brand new, and the quality as well as described. I can’t really say much about the value, since the price the seller was offering was good , however it is soooo expensive for that little plastic piece. The package arrived well, however the tracking was so tricky and was not very up to date quickly. For almost 2 weeks there was no update at all. Overall it is what I needed to it is good .

  Bad experience. Ordered May 23, tried to cancel May 28 as it wouldn’t arrive on time. Seller refused, claiming it shipped but provided no tracking. Label wasn’t printed until June 3 (PostalNL to USPS, not FedEx as listed). Filed “Item Not Received” claim June 13; only then did seller ship. Arrived June 28 poorly packed—no padding, minimal tape, faint USPS label ink delayed customs 2 weeks. Lucky it wasn’t damaged. Unacceptable service for an $800 order.

  Parts were oem and all numbers match up with the parts that were being replaced.parts were well packaged. Parts were a good price. Items received were exactly as seller described. Parts arrived fast even though it was a europe to north america exchange items came sooner than expected. I would buy from this seller again 10/10! Oh and was able to get both front grill inserts for same price as other sellers were selling just 1 so that was a huge benefit for me because now one side won't be faded.
