    Item never received. Sent message to seller, no response. After a few days I asked eBay to step in, and then received a response. Seller confirmed they would refund. No apology offered. Would not use this seller again. Very poor experience

    I appreciate that it's dis-appointing that they didn't arrive, i also share this as i lose the money and product all because the delivery company didn't fulfil it's service to both of us. I would like to be clear in regards to the message, it was received at 16:47 and we replied at 5:05 am the following day with notice of the refund
