GRADING:
I PLAY GRADE my inventory which means I listen to each and every one. I do this because even though a record may have multiple light surface marks it can still play/sound in the grade given. That said, when you and I disagree on a grade no one is an idiot and there is no right or wrong; we simply have different perceptions of what makes a record achieve a certain grade. From time to time a physical defect may evade my detection or a mistake might be made in my grading. Let me know immediately if you have an issue with our grading and I'll work with you to make it right. A full refund will be issued once items are returned as I DO NOT offer partial refunds. There is no need to file a case with Paypal or call the President, just let me know and I will take care of the problem. Life is too short to make people unhappy. I do this for a living and making friends is more important than milking customers for every possible cent. Holla’ if you hear me!
