Purchased speakers from this seller, listed as used but working. Received item with damaged cable - PS/2 unit had broken male connection falling out of sleeve, poorly repaired with hot glue. Seller misrepresented condition, causing disappointment and mistrust. Advise caution to potential buyers, as descriptions may not reflect true condition. Deeply unsatisfied with transaction due to undisclosed damage. Would not recommend this seller based on my experience. Shipping and packaging was fine.

I received my item in a very timely manner but was significantly damaged. Unsure if this is the same item from listed photos, but I wasn’t expecting this my any means. Possibly happened during shipping, although the size and weight definitely demanded better packaging. Something inside has obviously come apart or broken as I hear something rattling around inside. Im hoping the seller will make it right somehow. 😥
