  Not the original Ford Performance part as listed, but built to specifications. Seller offered a partial refund, but it’s still priced better than other similar parts. Great condition and packaged well with lubricant over the differential to prevent rust while in the package. Appearance looks great and looks of good quality materials. Super fast shipping as well.   I accidentally purchased a three prong plug instead of a four prong plug. I submitted for a return receipt. The company was very responsive and offered to let me keep the product and receive a partial refund. I was not interested in keeping the product. They gave me a full refund and told me I can keep the product. Their service was great. The product that arrived was as described in its description, and the mistake was totally mine, I have enjoyed doing business with them!

  I bought two headlights from this seller, they shipped very quickly arriving before the estimated date, and were packaged with a lot of protection! They reached out prior to delivery making sure I knew any problems with shipping/the items that they would be more than willing to resolve it.   super fast shipping, price very reasonable, as advertised, packaged perfectly, seller open communicator. I have not placed the motor in service as it is a spare pool pump. We’ll see if it is a perfect replacement when existing motor goes out of service.

  The product I purchased, a pressure washer head, was stated to fit my specific model number but it did not. Ultimately, the seller refunded the entire purchase price as they advertised. The did, however, offer me to keep the item and receive a half refund. I communicated their advertised guarantee fitment for the models they listed (which matched my own model) and also I would not agree to partial refund for item, they refunded the entire price and made good on their obligation.
