I order upper and lower grill trim covers and my package was just like the pictures. all parts were in their own wrapping for protection and shipping didn’t take longer than a week. When I tried to put on one part I noticed I ordered the wrong car trim. Getting that issue sorted out was hassle free with them and they respond within 24 hours.

  Seller is a good seller , but fedex not so good , according to them the package is still not here , but I have it, also the end was ripped open so I do not know if anything fell out , will ask seller.
