The company was very responsive and offered to let me keep the product and receive a partial refund. I was not interested in keeping the product. They gave me a full refund and told me I can keep the product. Their service was great. The product that arrived was as described in its description, and the mistake was totally mine, I have enjoyed doing business with them!

Ultimately, the seller refunded the entire purchase price as they advertised. The did, however, offer me to keep the item and receive a half refund. I communicated their advertised guarantee fitment for the models they listed (which matched my own model) and also I would not agree to partial refund for item, they refunded the entire price and made good on their obligation.
