  Buyer wanted to get 65% refund of what he paid for the laptops to keep them. i requested the buyer to return them if his satisfaction wasn't met. he's mad, because he didn't get the maximun refund he wish to keep them. he refuse to return them. he decided to keep the laptops and left this feedback
