Excellent seller! The shipper appeared to have lost my package, tracking had it at the same location for two weeks. I reached out to the seller and they refunded me right away. The very next day my package showed up in my mailbox, so I contacted the seller to let them know item had arrived & re-send payment. Tracking still showed it at the same place it had been for weeks. Item is great, seller was very helpful. Shipper needs improvement but on par for the USPS.
