    The delivery randomly got returned which the seller called and double checked address (which was the same and was indeed correct). They apologized and sent it back out which arrived quite quickly after that. Great service but should mention I don't think the drive has been formatted to be wiped, as it had a user and a guest account still :) but I wiped it as soon as I booted it into the laptop I was using it for. This was the best pricing for an pre-used SSD at the time so a good purchase!

    As a retired I.T reseller I've known & respected Harris Technology for decades. I sold hundreds of laptops, most being commercial and realise the benefits of a refurbished HP, Tecra, Thinkbook etc as being vastly better than retail units customers are exposed to. I'm pleased with my purchase BUT.. the packaging was very unexpected from H.T. as the HP was not sealed inside the bubble envelope and was exposed inside the postpak ! And a label on the outside telling all what it is....that's dumb.
