The seller, who appeared helpful at first, refunded some money and offered at my suggestion to locate a missing piece. I believe he sold me the chairs knowing they were not in "good" condition as described. He never mentioned they may have been damaged in shipping. I believe he knew he was selling me a damaged chair. I suspect that is also why the seller does not accept returns. An overall extremely poor experience
