  An interesting experience. Original order was for two striplight bulbs. They arrived promptly, and in their original boxes. Sadly one was broken. Seller immediately agreed to send a replacement, despatched it by RM 48, and provided a tracking number. A week later, it hadn't arrived, and Royal Mail tracking indicated it was still at a sorting centre at the other end of the country. However, 24 hours later, it arrived. So all is well. Credit to the seller for excellent customer service.

Outfit arrived in original packaging and was complete with all items in very clean ‘ brand new’ condition. Outfit worked exactly as supposed to first time when tested- perfect!
