  AWESOME SELLER! The seller shipped in a timely manner. The item was as described, new in box, and was nicely packed. The price was a great value. Unfortunately the item was faulty , so the quality of the item was not good. This was NOT the sellers fault. I reached out to the seller about this, but I got no response the next day, but that's ok. I was a bit skeptical at first, but the Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool HP1 turned out to be brand new, in excellent condition, and works perfectly.   I ordered a 6 TB drive. The seller sent a 2 TB drive in a 6 TB package. I told the seller that the item was counterfeit. He only provided a partial refund. The implication is that a 6 TB drive was sent to me, I took the label off of the drive and transferred the label to a 2 TB drive that I then returned to him. That did not happen. I note that the price for the 6 TB drive that I ordered was significantly below the current price the seller lists a 6 TB drive for.
