Creams arrived not sealed and in beaten up packaging, 1 was off and looked like orange grit, the other was white but looked like it had been used, sent photos etc, requested a refund of both, seller refunded 1 and sent a replacement that I asked him not to, this arrived completely wrong product sent photos etc, seller did not want to refund, as I apparently was planning on how to get money from him, I just wanted a refund of the terrible/incorrect items that I had paid for. Ebay sorted for me.

Cream was checked by me because of the first time i wanted to make sure its full or not when i refund to her she accept the money and keep the product after 1 week of receiving the product she again come back and complaint about the product which is just unacceptable she wanted me to refund the money and want to keep the product too because she never ask me to return the product..
