  A little note about my experience: This is about the unpleasant experience with the seller regarding Baicells Nova 430i Listing. Prior to buying, i messaged the presence of sfp port on the unit and the seller confirmed the available sfp port. I went ahead and ordered. On receiving the unit, i found the absence of sfp port. Upon contacting the seller, i did not receive a straight answer on a) replacing the unit b) refund of the payment. I will not do any business again with this seller.
