  This Estee Lauder item arrived exactly as described and extremely well packaged too! The latter fact is particularly appreciated as it was wrongly delivered by the Royal Mail and left in the outside porch of neighbours who were actually away on holiday!   Item was dispatched very quickly however the seal on the box and the bottle inside were not secure. The external box and glass bottle have got scratches all over them as if they'd been stored loose on the floor.

  Just to say i have sold quite a lot of these products and all have been delivered fine with no problems, we store all our boxed items in filing cabinets and air conditioned in the summer months. there is no need to put negative feedback as we offer a no quibble returns policy, no reason is needed, we can only assume some damage has been made in shipping and should be returned for a full refund.
