  Not a happy camper. Item was shipped out took a little over 2 weeks before receiving. When I got my item it was not what I ordered. Contacted seller but took a while to respond back. They tried to convince me to keep the wrong item and only give me a partial refund. Finally after no response after saying No for days I requested a refund with eBay. Backpack is also very thin. More like a child’s toy. Not something to use every day. Don’t buy!!!

  Seller was helpful with changing my address for me, very communicative. Little sad cause this isn't the actual bag that they said in the listing, it's a knockoff product. The quality isn't bad, though. I also wish they provided a different shipping option as I had to chase this package around quite a bit once it got to my town due to the shipping method used. Giving a positive review, however.

  The shipment time was a lot faster than I expected, it was just under a week after purchase. Even though I originally received the wrong plush, the seller helped me out and had quick response time.
