    This item was supposed to arrive today. It has not even shipped yet. This seller has not gotten back to my numerous attempts to contact them. This is supposed to be a gift from Santa. My 5 year old son may not receive what he asked for from Santa this year because of their irresponsibility. I am heartbroken and worried that my son will lose faith in Santa and Christmas at only 5 years old, this year, due to HFCOMMERCE and ICS (courier refusing to contact the seller as well).
