Turned out that I had received a defective item, but it is inevitable, manufacturer's send out defective items occasionally. However, seller was comprehensive & tried to get me going. Even though we had no luck getting the product to work. I had a great purchase experience with this seller. He did offer a refund and return label at no cost! Thanks!!!
