  I asked for a return of an item that doesn't fit because the eBay fitment guide was completely wrong in terms of the correct connection to my car for the part and I already provided him the photos saying hey, this is the original item that I have and this is the one that I purchased from you. Unfortunately he closed the return request and I'm unable to get my refund and it is terrible with communications. Please don't buy from this. Seller. Not responsive at all

  I want to apologize for the incorrectly ordered itemUnfortunately per the return policy on the listing I’m unable to accept a return for incorrect item orders additionally because I offer free shipping I would also be responsible for the return label cost if I approved the return request. eBay allows sellers to decline these type of orders when they are at no fault to the seller.Please be more diligent when ordering in the future so it does not cause financial hardship to either party.
