  We had technical difficullites with the initial unit received, so we contacted this seller and they provided tech. support. They were very knowledgeable, and patient to trouble shoot it. They determined that the printer had hardware issues, and they immediately sent a replacement. I highly recommend this seller as they have great support and stand by their products.
