    Delivery of the item was great and timely. However, we had ordered the wrong item, and it need to be returned. That was very difficult. The shipper supplied a return address that was illegible, and I needed more than one request to decipher. When I took it to the FedEx store, the staff took 15 minute and their customer service staff to figure out exactly where it was going. I am still not positive I got it right. Triple check to make sure the items are correct, to avoid what I went through.
