Even though the glasses are useless to me and anyone else I had try them on, the seller is kind enough to offer me a 50% refund. Returns need to be sent to Shanghai, China, for a full refund. That would cost more than the glasses. 50% is better than nothing.

I never received the item. Tracking showed it delivered. Seller said to open case with ebay. eBay rejected saying that Seller showed it was delivered (but not to me!). Little did I know you can APPEAL an ebay initial decision! This option is BURIED deep in the entire ebay-case-process!! I appealed and got my refund. But . . . this was neither easy nor intuitive.
