  Whenever I purchase anything from the hmv Official Store it's always an excellent service! And it was no different this time. My DVD's arrived bang on time, were securely packaged and are in excellent (new) condition - still in their shrink wrap. The seller communications were brilliant - I was kept updated on the progtess of my delivery right up to my door. And all at a great value price. I couldn't be happier.   As you would expect from a well known company such as HMV, the service was excellent, with the item dispatched very quickly and with good communication throughout. The item was exactly as described, being brand new and shrink wrapped, and was very good value, being cheaper than I’d seen it advertised elsewhere. It’s a very nicely presented set too, and recommended. Would happily buy from them again.

However, CD took a while to be dispatched (not down to seller), issues with pre-sale stock from distributor (Cherry Red) and a new release date for remaining orders not originally fulfilled.   4K Blu-ray item exactly as advertised and received in perfect (brand new) condition. Well packaged and fast delivery. The item is still factory sealed, and therefore I have not yet had the opportunity to view or play the actual disc. However, I am relatively confident that everything will be in order.
