  They were so quick to respond back and the miniatures are perfect! Exactly like the picture shown! They were bubble wrapped, so they were safe in the box. I think they were wrapped 3 times in bubble wrap then bubble wrap on top and bottom. The American side of the postal service lost the package half way around the world, but it showed up and they were quick to respond with helping me! It was a great value for the money!

Packaging was excellent: a plastic sheath to protect the brush tip, and a plastic tube to contain the brush, which was taped securely in a cardboard box for protection in transit.   Amazing customer service! I’ve purchased several items from this seller in the past with super quick delivery. This time, one of the oval miniature bases had been broken in the post. I messaged them and they got back to me straight away. They apologised (even though they weren’t at fault) and sent 2 replacements which arrived next day.
