After four days of not being shipped had to contact customer, he finally sent one out to me, which was not the color. I originally wanted. It was the only one they had in stock never gave a discount me having to contact him to be shipped or even apologizing for sending the wrong color, very disappointed forever to get and wasn’t even the color originally wanted never even try to offer a discount considering they did not have the color I wanted . Transition was just terrible all was bad.

Seller advertised this fits trucks but it didn’t fit mine seller wouldn’t issue a refund wanted 5 dollars more for another one !!! watch out for this seller they don’t stand behind it’s sales. They don’t care if you get the right part or not !!! as long as they get paid. !!!!! Rip off seller !!! Stay away

Okay you purchased this 1/10 scale air filter for a 1/8 truck, why we must pay for the mistake which you made ? We already tried we can to offer explanation, even we offer discount on that. But we still were threatened by giving negative feedback, because you just want a full refund, even the mistake made by yourself. But sorry we will not compromise with such dishonest buyers. Okay, you will appear on our blacklist. We are unwilling to do business with dishonest buyers.
