Their photos didn’t show this well and there was nothing in the description, clearly hiding.Poor packing in shipping caused it to tear the seal even more. One “brand new” item had the disc come loose in the case due to the loose shipping as well. Making these worth less I asked for a partial refund and was offered way less value than what it should be. Now have to go through the hassle of returning. I was also a return customer and won’t be again!
