Item appeared to be a different color Blue Stone Crystal in the listing photos but I was shipped a Pink Stone Crystal instead.. I found the same item for $ 30 less so I requested to return the earrings. Seller became very defensive with me even when I gave her 4 reasons I wanted to return the earrings,Color, Price, Not as described, Didn't like, instead of just issuing a simple return authorization for $79 Finally, after a second stronger message from me, seller agreed to authorize a return

This feedback was unfair. The item was a final sale item. I merely asked for the reasons so that I could consider making an exception, which I did. And the issue was successfully resolved with no issue. I make it a mission to resolve customer service issues promptly and I value my customers and my positive feedback record. I sell only authentic items and my prices are appropriate. Counterfeit items may be on the market for significantly less money and I do not match prices.
