  Received two mangled boxes unsealed. Both bottles in each box did not match the lot number on the boxes. Contacted the seller to find out how this happened, with no response after 4 days from posting this. The bottles in each box were sealed. Unfortunately, not having the bottles in the original sealed boxes adds a level of concern about the sealed bottles themselves. I will not buy from this seller again.

  Only received half my order of twin packs of eye ointment. Contacted seller and he never sent me the rest of my order! The box I received apparently was opened and each tube appeared to have been squeezed or used. Interior of box is covered with ointment as well as the tubes. Caps on tubes were loose! I want a complete refund! I don’t trust this seller! Buyer BEWARE! Manufacturer advised NOT to USE because of contamination and safety risks! This stuff is for my eyes!

  Terrible service. Didn’t ship item after immediate payment and when questioned they said they did. Multiple days later and no more communcation from seller. Had to to involve EBay and it did eventually ship. Item arrived finally and was as described. 3 stars for the item itself and 0 stars for the seller.
