The second box got stuck in transition with no help from the shipper. I reached out to the seller and when neither could get answers from the shipper, the seller shipped another box very quickly. This one arrived quickly as did the first. The seller responded promptly to my emails and made it right. I would highly recommend this seller. Their customer service is amazing.
